WANA LESTARI MENOREH
The Wana Lestari Menoreh Cooperative was established in 2009, based on an initiative starting in April 2007, and officially became a SOBI partner in 2016. Located in Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta, this cooperative consists of two working units (T-03 and T-04) spanning 25 villages with a total of 1,578 land owners and managers. During their partnership with SOBI, Wana Lestari Menoreh has successfully certified 984.07 of 1,096.71 Ha their areas with FSC certification. Within their area management, the focus species are Tectona grandis (Jati), Swietenia spp (Mahoni), Paraserianthes falcataria (Sengon), and Dalbergia latifolia (Sonokeling) with carbon storage estimation at 44,204 ton and carbon absorption reached 162,227 ton CO2e.
MANUNGGAL RASA
The Manunggal Rasa Private Forest Farmer Group was established in 2020, that located in Purworejo, Central Java. This farmer group consists of twenty villages with a total 389 land owners and managers. During their partnership with SOBI, Manunggal Rasa has successfully certified 376.71 of 455.32 Ha their areas with FSC certification. Within their area management, the focus species are Tectona grandis (Jati), Swietenia spp (Mahoni), Paraserianthes falcataria (Sengon), and Peronema canescens (Sungkai) with carbon storage estimation at 18,187 ton and carbon absorption reached 66,746 ton CO2e.
MANGGALA PASJAYA BANJARANYAR
The Manggala Pasjaya Banjaranyar Private Forest Farmer Group was established in 2020, that located in Ciamis, West Java. This farmer group consists of six villages namely Pasawahan village, Kalijaya village, Banjaranyar village, Cigayam village, Sidangrasa Village, and Sukasari village with a total 228 land owners and managers. During their partnership with SOBI, Manggala Pasjaya Banjaranyar has successfully certified 157.56 of total 190.95 Ha their areas with FSC certification. Within their area management, the focus species are Tectona grandis (Jati), Swietenia spp (Mahoni), and Paraserianthes falcataria (Sengon) with carbon storage estimation at 4,783 ton and carbon absorption reached 17,554 ton CO2e.
JATI LESTARI
The Jati Lestari Private Forest Farmer Group was established in 2016, that located in Sragen, Central Java. This farmer group consists of 44 villages with a total 820 land owners and managers. During their partnership with SOBI, Manggala Pasjaya Banjaranyar has successfully certified 313.71 of total 330.10 Ha their areas with FSC certification. Within their area management, the focus species are Tectona grandis (Jati), Swietenia spp (Mahoni), and Acacia spp (Akasia) with carbon storage estimation at 13,742 ton and carbon absorption reached 50,433 ton CO2e.
